The Validation API focuses on an endpoint and on the operator.

It helps your salespeople, cashiers, hosts/hostesses, etc. (i.e the operators) to manage the queue at the endpoint and perform various actions on tickets according to their level of enpowerment, supervise the state of the queue through various indicators, or manage the times slots of their endpoint.
